JITO Visakhapatnam Ladies Wing presented The Island Project, a one-of-a-kind platform where kids built their own islands and gave presentations. The session began with the Navkar Mantra and an opening ceremony, after which kids were divided into groups and chose their mayor, finance, education, and infrastructure representatives. Participants then created presentations and faced a questionnaire round. It was an excellent session: the kids designed complete governance systems, planned how to earn, manage, and spend money, and explained their budgets with outstanding clarity. The debate was so engaging you could listen endlessly, and their confidence, creativity, teamwork, and presentation skills exceeded all expectations. Each child brought unique ideas and thoughtful solutions that felt like watching future leaders in action.
