Path To Wellness

The event began with the serene Navkar Mantra, setting a peaceful tone. Jyoti Bachawat, Chairperson, Ladies Wing, Vizianagaram, delivered a warm welcome speech. This program was conducted by Nisha Surana - a Certified Jeevan Vighyan Trainer and Mita Surana - a Preksha Dhyan Trainer. The session commenced with warm-up exercises, followed by beneficial exercises for the spine and knees. The program continued with yoga asanas, meditation, laughter exercises, and concluded with Sankalp. The program was concluded with a vote of thanks by Neha Jain, Chief Secretary, who thanked each participant for their valuable time and concluded with the National Anthem.
