Objectives of the event

1. Free Eye Check-ups: Provide comprehensive eye examinations to senior citizens, detecting vision problems and eye diseases.
2. Cataract Detection and Surgery: Identify cataract cases and offer free or subsidized surgery to restore vision.
3. Glaucoma and Diabetes Screening: Screen for glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, enabling early detection and treatment.
4. Prescription and Dispensing of Glasses: Provide free or subsidized eyeglasses to correct refractive errors.

Takeaway of the event
The eye camp provided a comprehensive detail examination for all the inmates of the jain Sevashram.
Four Cataract surgeries were recommended, one Retinal surgery.
28 Bifocal spects were recorded .
Among them 2 cataract surgeries were done on 9th of January and pending will be executed tomorrow. 

By achieving these objectives, an eye camp for senior citizens can make a significant positive impact on their lives, promoting healthy vision, independence, and overall well-being.
