Jito Ladies Wing vizianagram organized a heartfelt and inspiring event under the vertical “Pehchaan”, honouring Saroj Jain for her remarkable journey of courage, strength, and dedication. The program titled “Saroj – Sahas Se Sashakt Samarpan Tak” witnessed the presence of nearly 250 members, including members from the Ladies Wing, Main Wing, and Youth Wing, along with distinguished guests. The event began with the chanting of the Navkar Mantra,  Chairperson Jyoti Bachhawat delivered the welcome address, highlighting the importance of the Pehchaan initiative in recognizing inspiring personalities in society and bringing forward real-life role models whose journeys motivate and empower others. A special highlight of the event was the presence of Trilokji from Chennai, who is the Past Secretary of Shraman Arogyam, Past Convener of Shraman Arogyam, and Past Secretary of the TNAPTS Zone. His gracious presence added encouragement and inspiration to the gathering. The program beautifully portrayed the inspiring life journey of Saroj Jain, depicting how she transformed challenges into strength and emerged as an Atmanirbhar (self-reliant) woman while nurturing her family of two sons and a daughter. A special stage act was performed by the committee members, who enthusiastically participated in depicting different phases of her life. They portrayed the roles of her family members, bringing her inspiring story to life on stage. Meeta Surana played the role of Saroj Jain, presenting her journey with great emotion and impact, which deeply moved the audience. One of the most emotional and memorable moments of the evening occurred when her son, Ajay Rakhecha, an IRAS officer currently posted in Bangalore, made a surprise entry into the hall to honour his mother on this special occasion. The touching moment filled the hall with pride and emotion. Saroj Jain was felicitated with a saree, a memento, a citation, and a garland as a mark of recognition and respect for her inspiring journey and contributions.
