An engaging activity cum training session on Emotional Intelligence was conducted by J Srinivas Raju, a renowned trainer and HR consultant. The session was interactive and focused on helping participants understand and enhance their emotional intelligence, equipping them with practical skills to better manage emotions and foster positive workplace relationships. In addition to the training, excellent and interactive presentations were delivered by Paras Banthia of HMB in the Mutual Funds category and by Rahul Bafna, one of Visakhapatnam’s leading eye specialists, representing Akshaya Super Speciality in the Eye Specialist category.

The week also saw recognition of top performers, with Nikesh Kumar Jain, Yashita Jain, and Siddhant Sanghvi being acknowledged for their outstanding contributions. Furthermore, a significant achievement was celebrated as one member assisted a fellow member in successfully closing a deal worth ₹1.5 crore, for which the purchase order has already been received, with further transactions expected to follow soon.
